Date & Time:

Tuesday, December 1, 2020, 12-1 P.M. ET

How to Join
  • Register HERE – you’ll receive connection instructions by email before the session, and the link to the recording afterwards.
Description:
Seeking evidence on how patrons use your library website? Not enough time to conduct a full study of your website? In this session, participants will be introduced to pop-up style usability testing (aka guerrilla or hallway testing) which employs a 5-10 minute activity to understand patron behaviour on your website. Based on lessons learned from a website usability assessment project at a university library, participants will design their own usability test based on best practices.
